Materials Used
We employ Finnish birch plywood with phenolic glues, water-resistant MDF, etc. All in various thicknesses and layers. Water based glues hardeners. Water-based paint highly resistant. Carpeting high densities and thicknesses. All kinds of hardware and systems blasting and grip.:
Machining and Assembly (1)
We perform roughing cuts boards and sectioning C.N.C, going to do milling, and drilling in the workplace C.N.C. by Numerical Control. All parts are passed by a control for optimum sanding finish:

We proceed to mount these enclosures with two-component adhesives and a final pressing which guarantees a perfect and lasting union:
We final sanding to match joints and then proceed to finish the enclosure with water-based paints using large layers and roughness for abrasion resistant finish:
